My name is Melanie Miah
I am a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I have a Master of Science in Exercise Science with a concentration in Wellness and Nutrition. I have been in the fitness industry for over 15+ years, including playing collegiate softball, competing in bikini competitions in the body building community, and a fitness instructor. I am a wife and mom who wants to build a community for those who need a program for their busy lifestyle and who want to regain their strength, not only physically, but mentally and spiritually!
